Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture is hosting a resource fair for Veterans at Columbia’s Agriculture Park. The event will take place at 1769 W Ash Street under the MU Healthcare Pavilion. 

The Resource Fair, titled Feeding Veterans: Mind, Body, Soul will host over 30 community partner organizations that focus on serving Veterans such as The Healthy Teaching Kitchen (HTK) who will be hosting cooking demos and Truman VA’s Whole Health Program who will be offering free beginner and seated yoga classes throughout the event.

Free pizza will be provided for Veterans and their families. The event will also feature a demonstration by K9s on the Front Line, art therapy opportunities, tours of Columbia’s Agriculture Park, and a small car show. The Wounded Warrior Project is sponsoring this event. This event is open to the community!
