The Hootenanny is ON for Saturday. Despite morning rain, we should have clear skies for our event from 3-8pm!

The 8th Annual Harvest Hootenanny is a celebration of local agriculture and the completion of another successful growing season.

Join us at the Urban Farm On Saturday, October 7th from 3-8pm for the 8th Annual Harvest Hootenanny! We will close down Smith Street, in front of the Urban Farm to serve a large Missouri-grown meal, local beer and wine in the Biergarten, live music, games, a raffle, and hanging out in the garden. This event is kid-friendly, and you can now pre-purchase Hootenanny tickets below.

All proceeds from the Hootenanny support CCUA’s garden education programming.  For $50, we add a world class high-5 at the gate, and everyone will have a big smile on their face… For $100, we add a world class high-5 and a loud “Hoot Hoot!” to celebrate, and again, everyone will smile. See you at the Hoot!

The Meal

The talented Culinary Arts students at the Columbia Area Career Center will once again be preparing an all-local Missouri-raised meal.

Our biergarten is back and offering some great local brews and sips. With a wristband to the biergarten, you get have unfettered access to free drinks.

Musical Performances

For His Glory Dance Club, The Daves, Mercer and Johnson and much more.

*Sorry, we don’t allow pets at the Urban Farm, so please leave your fur babies and other pets at home.

Smith Street will be closed between College Avenue and Fay Street during the Harvest Hootenanny, so getting to the Urban Farm may differ from the route you normally take or from how your GPS will navigate you.
