Resources: Classes
The Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture teaches a Service Learning Class through the Unversity of Missouri. First offered in the Fall of 2008, this course offers students the chance to earn college credit while learning in-depth principles of urban agriculture through hands on involvement in CCUA projects. The curriculum is constantly growing and expanding as the center evolves, but students can expect to walk away with a great deal of knowledge regarding gardening, composting and urban agricultural practices.
